Antioxidant ingredients

Carob
Obtained from the carob tree, very common in the Mediterranean area. It is widely used as a thickening agent in food. It inhibits the damage caused by oxidative stress thanks to its antioxidant action. It has great absorption capacity.

Turmeric
Plant of asian origin commonly used as a spice or culinary seasoning. The main component is curcumin, responsible for its antioxidant properties.

Acetylcysteine
An antioxidant amino acid that prevents oxidative stress caused by oxygen free radicals through neutralisation.
How to cover Vexoderm
Vexoderm is a non adherent primary dressing.
Vexoderm always needs an adequate secondary dressing to maintain Vexoderm moist and a protective bandage to keep it in place for 7 days.
